Tyler Nisbet is a filmmaker who works in feature films, short films, and web series.

Tyler has been writing and directing films since he was 15 years old. In 2005, right out of high school he co-wrote, produced, and directed a feature film that was accepted into the 2007 Independent Features Film Festival, which was the first completely online international film festival. The film screened the entire month of June and was seen all over the world.

He studied film production at the University of North Carolina Wilmington. While in Wilmington, Nisbet had the opportunity to work on TV shows such as WB's "One Tree Hill" and HBO's "Eastbound and Down."

In January 2010, Tyler moved to North Hollywood, CA and completed a feature screenplay, Summer Dream, a coming of age story which began filming in August 2011 and wrapped in early March 2012.

In May 2012, Nisbet was hired by Short Pajamas to direct a short film entitled "DOG", which premiered at the 2014 Studio City Film Festival. Tyler was hired by Short Pajamas to direct two more short films "Go Tell It on the Molehill" which premiered at the 2016 Noosa Film Festival, followed by "Ananas Comosus" which premiered at the 2017 South Georgian Bay Film Festival.

In 2018, Tyler wrote and directed a short film "Coda", then in August was hired to direct a short film "Elmer's Bench" which was produced by the New York Film Academy. In 2019, Nisbet wrote and directed the short film "Vinyl Date" in April.
